I recently had the pleasure of working with the Refund Plan to file my taxes, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Cecil Castro is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. They were also very responsive and easy to work with, making the process of filing my taxes a breeze. This is my first time filing taxes with refund plan, tax and accounting firm .My regular CPA wanted to file an extension for me as he was busy and I was glad I reached refund tax through a close friend’s recommendation and they gave me an appointment the very next day. I spent about 3-4 hrs in office and I really want to thank Cecil Castro for detailed number crunching she did. She patiently answered all questions I had as well and E filed taxes on same day.I really appreciate it.I would highly recommend this place for anyone filing taxes in DMV area.

Don’t come here if you need something notarized. I called to confirm they notarize documents they said yes. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment or anything they said no just come in. I come in 30 minutes later and they said “the person who notarizes documents isn’t here and won’t be back until next month”. Waste of my time they should’ve mentioned he’s not in when I called.
