He communicated with me on several occasions in order to ensure that all was in order regarding my tax return. I have recommended this company to my family and friends around the states. Run away as fast as you can from this sloppy outfit! If I could give negative stars I would. Mr. Carlson charged me $500.00 to do my father's personal and estate taxes after he died, and I am STILL working with the IRS to correct the mistakes he made - wrong tax ID #s, missing documents, typos on numerous pages. It's inexcusable to be charged so much money and have to deal with this. AND when I originally emailed and complained about the mistakes I got complete radio silence - no response. If I lived in Massachusetts I would be outside his office with a signboard to save others from this mess.
