Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. We made an appointment to meet and she was a no-show. No phone call return no answered phone calls… When we finally did meet, my taxes were not done correctly and I was missing documents. I’m not sure how the other reviews got on Google because it is not my experience at all - Extremely shady business practices

Haven’t used this company in over five years I’m dealing with over $5000 worth of penalties because this company is very unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing I’d spend the extra money and hire a legit firm

I have been going to Liz for about 3 years now and shes amazing. She explains everything in laymans terms and she always asks if you have questions. Shes very caring and you never real rushed. Whenever youre with her you know you have her undivided attention. Shes great with taxes because she tells me everything I need to bring which I love because its always scramble to have everything ready. She also helps you get your max amount of refund and her services are reasonably priced! I love that shes doing virtual appt. for 2021 and you can either mail or drop off your documents. Sad I wont get to see her this year but glad shes my tax lady. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
