I havent had a very good experience dealing with Guardian Finance but I will say Laura seems to be the best and is a pleasure to work with. She seems to take her job serious and does all she can to help with issues.
I used to have nothing positive to say about this. But things have improved in the last few years
Never answers, sucks terriblely
My mother=in=law has a guardian named Virginia who wont call us back in almost a month of trying to reach her about her going back to a nursing home...not a single call back
This place is a joke. They are impossible to get on the phone.
