It amazes me when you go to the different tax sites like the one that's in Ferndale, & at the Ford resource center. You will always deal with racism from staff members like Miss Rahal, racism from those that's in Ferndale that they will say when you ask who is their boss only God is on tape recording. If you have a problem working with African-Americans and you are Arabian descent. then you should not ever be in Detroit letting on Ferndale with the races demeanor 👎🏼🤪🤡🤷🏼‍♀️🤬 highly unprofessional when you ask who is their boss which would be Priscilla Perkins you're always giving a run-around and I don't think that this is right. This would be a last result many of their volunteers do not know how to prepare taxes correctly 👎🏼🎉🤬😕 luckily my cousin and several others have it all on tape to prove so no one can deny that it hasn't happened!! Can't wait till the new week to complain to the state. Therefore the ducking and dodging and racist sarcastic demeanor won't be going on once the state gets involved.

unprofessional, with poor service. I trusted them to prepare my business tax return, They made an error which caused me to owe taxes. I went to them to avoid having tax trouble. When I brought the error to their attention they refused to fix error, stating it was my responsibility. However they are the professionals. I suggest you take your services elsewhere. They basically told me that they didn't care and wished me well. Take your business elsewhere. In the process of filing a formal complaint.
