It has taken sometime to find the words to express my gratitude for J&F Advisors, specifically, Ashley and Zena. After my business had been closed for almost a year I received a very unexpected letter from the IRS that the business was being audited. After a moment to process the shock, I immediately reached out to Ashley because I knew she’d know what to do. I was right. After connecting Ashley and Zena with my assigned agent, they took care of everything. Scheduling the audit date, gathering the necessary documents (which they had flawlessly prepared), and made sure I was fully aware of the process. I went into the audit appointment at ease knowing I had a strong team behind me. I am forever grateful that what could have been a time consuming, overwhelming situation was anything but thanks to them! I had recommended their services countless times prior to this and I will continue to do so.

ROBYN WAS AMAZING, walked me through multiple situations with filing my taxes, setting up payroll, converting my LLC to a S-CORP and quick books. Was able remove 6k in penalties & interest from my previous tax return. Now my business finances are structured accordingly.

As a small business owner, entrepreneur, I value time and money. This review is to hold accountability. I booked a 15 minute consultation, paid $45 because as I said, nothing in this world is for free. My call was poorly managed. I received no information that was helpful. There was no effort, no support. I received empty promises on information I would receive hours after the call. Two weeks later and I have yet to receive any information.
