We have been using Cook Accounting for the past 3 years and they have done an excellent job of our taxes. They are personable, knowledgeable and timely. I researched a lot of Tax/Accounting firms from Clarkston to Fenton and Cook Accounting was highly recommended.

I have been using Cooks for several years now for business and personal taxes. I have great trust with them, the owner personally answers any questions that I may have and explains in depth. Customer service is top notch. They are reasonably priced. Cooks has found mistakes that my employer has made on payroll that I did not notice. Highly recommended!

I am disappointed to report a negative experience with Cook Accounting. Despite initial promises, their professionalism and communication were severely lacking. Attempts to engage were often met with delayed responses or, at times, complete silence, hindering the progress and resolution of my concerns. This lack of communication not only caused inconvenience but also cast doubt on their reliability and trustworthiness. Regrettably, this experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Very poor experience, unprofessional just doesn't quite say it. I called ahead to drop off my taxes, nobody called me back over several days and they seem to have lost my paperwork. Lousy customer service and I'm honestly surprised these guys are still in business. Go Anywhere But Here

Very, unprofessional. DO NOT use Cook Accounting, they’re a JOKE! Inept, impolite, and arrogant to put it nicely. The most inexperienced incompetent individuals I have ever met. Very sad honestly. Just a bunch of challenged children trying to play “play office” in their cheap attire.
