At first I thought things were going well. After I repeated myself about 5x's about having a dependent and claiming Head of Household, I still ending up walking out with questions and didn't understand how I owed. Well after checking my tax return she did not do as I asked even though I told her repeatedly that I was Head of Household and that I had 1 dependent. She put I was single, no dependent and now I owe. I was very unsatisfied and did not understand her deafness. I DO NOT recommend this tax preparer. I lam disappointed that I HAVE to give her even 1 star. 0 stars is my honest review. ZERO.

I found Laura on google, being new to the area I wasn’t sure where to go. She was amazing! I had my first experience filling taxes as a 1099 employee and was super nervous about it. She made the experience by far my best experience with taxes ever. I can not say enough about how great she is. If you are looking for someone to do your taxes she should definitely be your choice.

After years of dreading tax time and dealing with horrible companies we finally fell upon Laura at Plus One Services and couldn't have had a better experience! Laura was quick, efficient, and so knowledgeable. No one can beat her price. She made the whole experience pleasant.
