I regret to say that we have found a new service to handle the accounting for our small business and will no longer be using Seber Tans. They have merged with another company and unfortunately is just not the same service as it was prior. Aspects to find noteworthy are the lengthliness it takes for Seber Tans to return emails/phone calls. Also, there was little help and info available when asking for specifics about certain tax processes. On multiple occasions they authorized thousands of dollars in tax payments without confirming that the funds were available before doing so. An obvious lack of professionalism and quality of customer service. For “the little guy” that needs attention paid to all of the smaller details the services offered are subpar.
