This was the first year I did not prepare my own taxes; Matt and staff were easy to work with and kept us informed during the tax prep process. Matt took time out during the last week of filing to meet with us and help figure out a couple issues that came up. Will definitely continue to use Senter CPA.

Very slow to respond. In my first call I was told the person I needed to speak to for scheduling was gone, and to expect a call the next business day. After 4 days, I called twice and received no answer. 2 days later I called again, no answer and no reply to the message I left. Finally, 2 weeks after I was supposed to hear from them, they answered my 6th call to them and informed me they were too busy to schedule me for the year.
