Great place to get your taxes done. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend them to anyone. They definitely have the best pricing out of any other tax office! Keep up the good work ladies.

This was the worst tax experience/customer service ever. My husband and I file jointly, and TurboTax had us owing money, so we thought we'd bring our documents to Taxes 2 Go for a second opinion. We give them everything they've asked of us and were told that they would give us a call when our taxes were done. TWO WEEKS LATER my husband emailed them and asked if they were done with our taxes. The response we received: "ok got it". So they literally hadn't even started our taxes? They then asked my husband for our son's social, daycare ID, and a missing W-2. He emailed all of this to a woman named Susan. A few days later, I received a call asking for this exact same information; W-2, social, Tax ID. I responded: "Are you Susan? We sent you this a few days ago." She said "No, I'm not Susan. I'm doing this for her. Can you re-send that email to me?" So I did. TWO DAYS LATER I received yet ANOTHER phone call from an entirely different woman YET AGAIN asking for this exact same information. So just to get this straight: my personal documents have now exchanged hands with 3 different people (maybe more, who knows) and there is zero communication in this place because I keep receiving calls for the exact same information. We then received a call that our taxes had been filed and we were set to pick up our documents and pay their fee. When my husband showed up (4/16) we find out that our taxes weren't even filed, the paperwork was just completed and that it was our responsibility to mail in all of our forms. So...our taxes are now late and this was not communicated to us even a little bit. The incompetence is baffling. Do NOT recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've always done my own taxes, but as they are becoming more complex, I decided it was time to get a professional involved. I reached out of 2/29/24 through Facebook to ask is they were taking new clients and explained my tax situation (live in kcmo, own a rental in KS, have a k-1, etc). I was told yes, so I dropped off all of my information on 3/1. I attached a note to my documents asking for a call to go over the process. I then spoke with the receptionist who explained that I could upload the rest of my documents electronically through the app. While on the call, I again asked for a phone call from the accountant. I downloaded the app and uploaded the remaining documents and received some vague, minor correspondence. I waited until 3/12 and then called the office and asked to talk to an accountant. Friday, 3/15, I called again and was told Melody was in a meeting and would call afterwards. On 3/18, after 2.5 weeks and another no-call, I decided to look elsewhere. I don't like begging people to take my money.

They have always been so nice and helpful. For a couple of years, my records were from many different jobs. And Melody always took it with a smile. They are reasonably priced, and not over priced. I've gone to them for years.

Susan is so kind and made the process so quick and easy! She also wasn’t trying to take all my money, which I really appreciated, because my taxes took less than 15 minutes, and other places wanted $200+! I usually do them myself but from now on I’ll be going to her every year. Thank you Susan!!!

I have been using Taxes To Go for a few years now. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. The prices are great and they are always happy to go over any questions I might have. Side note: Susan is amazing. Highly recommend this company!

Susan did an excellent job with my wife and I’s taxes. We were in and out in under an hour and received a great return. Highly recommend.
