I couldn't have given less than one star unfortunately. They thoroughly messed up my return. They filed my returns in March but its July end and still no signs of any refund amount, due to the series of errors they committed while filing the returns. They couldn't even properly file my daughter's ITIN number; nor they provided me an accurate information while filing. Some of the basic mistakes they did (without getting verified from me before filing): 1. Spelling mistakes in names 2. Error in mentioning SSN number 3. Incorrect ways of writing names 4. No bank account information in the refund forms for direct deposit 5. Didn't certify the Passport document before sending it to the IRS (IRS obviously rejected the application; they committed the same mistake again while re-submitting the application) List goes on and on! My friend also got his returns filed through them and faced the same issues .. Please refrain from using their services!
