I genuinely had such a smooth experience with Apluss. Aqiyla is, no other word for it, incredible. I used to work in finance, and I know it’s hard to keep up with all the rules and tax codes and nuances. She knew so much, and the things she didn’t know, she made sure to investigate. I know she’s got a team working for her, but I felt great knowing she double checked my taxes personally. I will be a customer for as long as she will have me.

Such a professional business! Everything was done in a timely manner, forms were easy to understand, and website was user friendly. If there were any questions, Aqiyla was there to answer promptly. This year was the first time filing for my business😰. I found Apluss through another site last year(2021) and decided to do a consultation. It was between Apluss and another tax business. I asked God who can I trust and Aqiyla was the one. I didn't know what to expect, honestly I was nervous because my brother has a business and at tax time is Shook! Lol.. but Aqiyla definitely reassured me in our consultation. Unfortunately I was too slow and she was booked with clients and couldn't take on any new, but said she'll remember me for next year (2022). I did my own taxes as usual and got audited😩. I was like that's enough!! I need APluss! Before I could call Aqiyla she called me, and remembered me from the previous year! The entire filling process was fairly easy, from uploading documents to the access you have to your own documents and the constant daily reminders to go to your personal organizer (so things can get rolling asap😅). She made me feel comfortable about doing business taxes for the first time and gave me great pointers and tips for my own personal business growth. Also the combination of the individual and business fee was definitely reasonable and manageable. Most of all I really appreciated her feedback, honesty and communication. I could text or email her with any questions or concerns I had and she would always get back to me in a timely manner. She's top notch! ❤️ I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Apluss taxes. All in all I'm truly happy with the end result.
