The Elite Bookkeeper

We are a new small business and couldn’t be more delighted. Her prices are fair and although we haven’t done taxes yet her guidance and her bookkeeping has been spot on. When you have a small business and a start up business, I feel it’s important to have the right person behind you at a price you can afford and that’s what the Elite Book Keeper does for us, that is Elite ! Absolutely the worst service experience. I’m all for a black women owned business! But I will absolutely never take my taxes here again! I didn’t get my return until about 6-7 months ago. They messed up my name even having all my info. Had to refile 3 or so times. DIDN’T tell me until I called and reached out a lot! They then blocked me and I didn’t get my return for months and I’ve always gotten my return 3 to 4 weeks after filing. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and the honest review you’ll ever see.

Monica and her team are awesome. I’m always comfortable whenever I work with her. She keeps you informed and answers any questions you make have. I’ll recommend her to any and everyone as I do now. Thanks Monica!!

I have been working with Monica for 7 years. She is the best! I recommend her to all my clients. Everyone that uses her services for bookkeeping and tax services loves her and is extremely happy with her work. I highly recommend!
