They are useless, I put a star so I could comment on my bad experience, she filled out my citizenship application incorrectly and they denied it at the time of the interview due to her mistake, then they gave me the opportunity to send the documents again and I sent them all to her but Again she failed, she never accepted her mistake, I lost more than 4,000 dollars on a new application and looking for a lawyer to represent me was a waste of money, time and trust. That was in 2017, I still remember his face, saying that I care... never again in my life would I go to that place where they dont do their job well. Negative Professionalism
