I completely disagree with the charges this agency does for the tax preparation they charged me 463.98 (Tax preparation +Fee CC) and I don’t have a complex tax return, no home and no depended. I asked the manager to reconsider the amount but without success, I just have a minimal discount, I informed the manager that I am very disappointed with the charges, and I won’t come back as client. This type of business who does not have a tariff but charges as they would like should be investigated by the consumer affair.

Paid $500 + for my taxes last year, needed a copy because they NEVER gave me a copy and tried to say they were going to charge me for a emailed copy. What a terribly run business and customer service. Save your $500 and file somewhere else. these people didn't even get my name right and wanted to charge me to fix my name.

I have been getting my taxes done with Malqui Tax for about 2 years. After using other taxes sevices ,which didn't benefit me financially. Malqui Tax got me money back from years ago. I am grateful and happy 😊. I recommend Malqui Tax services.

Friendly recommendation just avoid this place, they are expensive but also because of their mistakes I have to pay penalty two time's costs me over $1500 and they just said I'm sorry. This place is a joke!

Wouldnt recommend they will over charge uu fir taxes !!!450$ for one person And when u need anything from them is always charge even been a cleint for yrs they want charge 650$ for letter that they type up in 5min DONT use this places u been warned and to speak to owner is like if he celebrities never there ir willing to come to phone front desk person need to fire

Better off using TurboTax. The staff can barely speak English and they charge ridiculous prices for something you can do yourself within 1 hour. Complete rip off!
