This office is incredibly unprofessional. I am absolutely APPALLED by my interaction with Jenny and her office. I highly DO NOT recommend Jenny. Jenny, verbatim said to me "My secretary tried to email it to you already so if you didn't receive it, it is NOT MY PROBLEM." After a full 5+ minutes of talking in circles, I asked her "Ok, so are you sending it or not?" Jenny replies "No, I will not send it." And hangs up. Having a reliable accountant who is able to assist is the utmost importance, regardless of time but especially during a Pandemic. The level of unprofessionalism and the conscious decision to NOT provide a client information needed is incredibly appalling. I am disappointed that this is how Jenny conducts business.
