If I could give them 0 stars I would. Done taxes with them for three years and two out of the three years everything was messed up. The first year they put the wrong address which that was many months of trying to get straightened out where they pretty much told me it was out of their hands. This year I took it in and never heard anything so I called to figure out what was going on and they never answered or would tell me they are working on it. It got to the point I had to go in and sit there and watch them do my taxes infront of me so it would actually get done. It then took them forever to e-file them which I had to call many times to finally get that done. They then messed them up to they got declined and had to be redone so I called them back and they finally got them done. I finally thought I was done dealing with them when I got a letter in the mail that I didn’t pay indiana enough and went down to find out what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that they gave me my copy of the taxes which I sent the money out and then they changed 3 of my states out of the 6 I had to file with so everything was messed up. If you like having a constant headache and many questions of if your taxes are done right than this is the place for you!

Good atmosphere; a couple of employees seemed more comfortable with numbers than people, shy and quiet :)
