No vengan a este lugar NUNCA las recepcionistas son súper pesadas, tenía una cita a las 12 y me pasaron hasta las 2 y a la mujer que venía después de mi la pasaron antes y cuando le dije a ella me dijo "mamasita, si tienes algun problema se lo dices a el" refiriendo al abogado y desde allí me sale de super mala manera, aparte el señor llenó los papeles mal y el IRS me lo tuvo que arreglar y ESTAMOS PAGANDO para que haga las cosas bien no?, llame a hacer una cita y queria hablar con el abogado justamente como ella me dijo porque le iba a decir sobre la situación y ella no me dejó hablar con el y le dije que no me sentia comoda hablando con ella por como es, me dijo que era una altanera, es el peor servicio que he visto en ninguna oficina, super feo por favor no vengan aqui nadie estamos para que nos hablen así.

Mr Bono is an excellent accountant who I’ve been going to now for 4 years & I know multiple people and business owners who have been working with him for more than a decade. The man is well educated and extremely well-versed in his work. I felt that he answered all my question with 1099s, W-4s, Corporations, LLCs, Stock taxes and crypto taxes. He is Licensed almost all US States. Very reliable and responsive staff.

Arrived 15 minutes early to my “appointment” and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting an hour and a half, Mr Bono decides to attend to other people that had just sat down within 10 minutes. No respect for other people’s time, no that it would have made things better but an explanation would have been nice since they “require” appointments.

I do not recommend this place, they stole $300 from me and the notary did not fill out my taxes, he forgot to do it and they passed the taxes and they did not give me any money, they always went around and around and asked me for one thing and another and another and never They did my taxes, they stole $300

I highly recommend Jose Bono to all my friends and family, he definitely knows what he is doing. In the past 3 years we have never had an issue with our taxes. He makes sure all your expenses are counted for on your return to get the the best refund possible. know i can always count on him if i have any questions.

Este contador es discriminatorio y no ejemplifica el respeto y la tolerancia hacia alguien que está visiblemente molesto por una situación relevante. Si él programa una cita con usted, espere tener un tiempo de espera de aproximadamente una hora más o menos. No está preparado y no le importa si llega tarde. Por favor, vale la pena invertir un poco más de su tiempo buscando un mejor contador, que sirva a sus clientes con diligencia, dignidad y respeto, no como José Bono. Si alguien está teniendo un mal día debido a su situación fiscal, no asuma que es una falta de modales. En cambio, conviértase en un mejor ejemplo de cómo el profesionalismo cuando un cliente se siente frustrado por una situación. Para aquellos de ustedes que leen esto, les agradezco su tiempo.
