Avoid tax preparer. I’ve had multiple issues with taxes they helped me with and they don’t provide any customer assistance to resolve matters.

Waited for last minute to file but the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly . I live near by so when an earlier slot opened up they called and I had my appointment moved up . Very professional and stress free , when additional documents were needed all I had to do was upload on the app, no need to run over and bring papers . Well worth it

Up until last year my time working with Robert Minott had been satisfactory. For my 2019 tax return he omitted a large amount of one of my 1099-Misc and then the IRS notified me. He never once tried to call or write a letter on my behalf despite me sending him a form he could do as my accountant. I ended up owing over $35,000 including late fees and penalties, which just got resolved this year. Yes, I should've doubled check but with how much he charges and the fact that he gave me back all my 1099s stapled together, I assumed they were all included. When I asked him this year to at least discount or do a free return for his error he insulted me with a $50 off discount. Lesson learned. Review your taxes, don't assume they are done correctly, and don't expect your accountant to take responsibilty.

Very professional tax consultant Mr. Quinn is very knowledgeable and he explains details extremely well. They have a great receptionist, shes patient and kind. Ive been going to R&G Brenner for a number of years, I never had a issue with them. Knowledgeable staff!
