This was the first time using EIB, Grace was wonderful! She did our taxes while we were there and she explained exactly how she got the final figure. she worked the numbers several ways to find the best way to file (married filing separately or jointly). She even helped us figure out how much to have deducted for federal and our retirement each week to avoid having to pay federal taxes again. I would defiantly recommend them to others!!

I came to Lou to do my deceased mother's final tax return. Not only did he fail to send in all of the appropriate forms needed by the IRS, when I came in and asked if he could fax it in for me if I filled it out, he told me he was too busy to send in the fax and for me to come back later.i was literally the only person there. He took no accountability and held up my mother's return I needed to settle her estate. To this day I haven't even gotten this resolved. I asked him for a partial refund on the fee he charged and he hung up the phone on me!!! Editing today, May 1 I was sent a letter from the owner of this company asking me to take the review down and he would give a partial refund and I had to agree to never post a review again. He is misrepresenting the events that happened in his response. His partner Grace asked to look at the information I brought when I came in on April 17. The sign on the door says walk-ins are welcome. She looked at what I had and I realized I left the IRS letter at home. She then told me it was ok for me to leave everything I brought with her and go back to my house to retrieve the letter saying I needed to send a 1310 form. If she was busy and could not assist me why would she do all of that? It wasn't until I came back with the letter that she went and asked your assistance and came back and told me that you were too busy and could not assist. I won't fight over the fee I paid. The point is I had a very poor experience and I have the right to leave an honest review. This would not be something that would cause me so much frustration if it were not for my 12 year old brother who is waiting on our mom's estate to be settled. Our mom has been gone for a year. Obviously I will never return to your establishment so no need to ask me to sign a written statement saying that.
