The wrost CPA(Arman) i have ever seen. He made mistake on my tax return. After that no cooperation and show the attitude that its not his fault. I will never visit him again for any purpose. Be careful everyone before visit him. I should say his rating should be (minus) not even zero. Fully unprofessional behavior.

I want to start by saying that I have been a client here since 2016 - 2021. I was hoping to stay here as a client but my recent experiences have been very frustrating. I received letter from NYS IRS from year 2018 and 2020 for not filing with NYS (which were supposed to be submitted by the Arman Bhais firm) and I reached out for help with the audit letter as I was nearing the IRS deadline. I got very limited response from the team here and my issues were never resolved. I had to find another accountant to help me correct the issues with NYS filings. Humans make mistakes but taking accountability of the issues and taking corrective actions can go a long way in terms of client experience. I did not even get a phone call back regarding this matter, with the recent negative experiences I will be taking my business elsewhere.
