The team here is crazy! I called in a Thursday midday, the first number didn’t answer for two calls, the second number answered. This office have a huge sign that “FREE TAX ID” and “GRATIS TAX ID”. I talked with him and he was asleep or something. And he said the tax id is $250 ? Too weird

This was my 3rd and last year with this company. They always seemed like good people. Haven’t had issues until this time. They have clearly made a mistake and I was charged for my federal tax TWISE. My bank account went in overdraft. They didn’t help me resolve this issue. I came in the office to try to get some help about this- they told me: ‘Panos is not in the office, he filed your tax- we cannot help you, call after 3pm’. I called too many times - they don’t answer, for days. They say we’ll call you back - they never call back. So basically after you pay them the filing fee they don’t care to help you anymore, and forget about you 😄 And unless you push them and keep calling them (not promised they will even pick up) they won’t try to help. They rarely answer the phone calls. Not doing taxes with you anymore. Not reliable. You definitely need to do better! If I could give 10 STARS it wouldn't be enough. My first time getting my taxes done along with my son, and Panos was simply amazing. Took the time to really get to know us and treated us like family. The young man in the front was also very helpful and friendly. I Truly cannot say enough about Alpha Tax. I highly recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU Panos!!!
