Susan's firm has been doing bookkeeping for my businesses (retail stores, residential construction, and an office busines center) for about three years. She is responsive, flexible, and has been able to account for the intercompany lending and bill paying which was a colossal mess when she took over . I could not be more pleased with the firm's work.

Susan did our accounting for us and it was inaccurate. She over charged us and in the end she didnt even go through our accounts with us properly. We had questions and she didnt even answer them properly as well either.

$300 to review my account. $1200 to not even do the job correctly. We had to call her after she had "finished" the job to correct some mistakes she had made... What is the point of hiring an accountant for $1200 if they can't even do the job correctly. If a mistake was made in my business, I would immediately correct it. I would not attack my client and assume they were wrong. Will never recommend Susan to anyone. DO NOT USE SUSAN.

I know we have already written a review but I need to say it again...Susan and her team are just amazing at what they can do with little to no notice. This morning Susan made magic happen within minutes, that is invaluable to our company and extremely rare to be able to have someone so precious be a part of our team. A huge thank you to Susan and her team for always coming through for us.

Extremely rude, very poor customer service. CPA made me feel absolutely incompetent - we pay for help because we are not competent in this field. I would never recommend this firm for your accounting needs.

I've been working with Susan for well over a year. She helped to get my books in order and has been very helpful and thorough in keeping my business' finances well-organized.

Over the last 3 years, Susan and her team are there for me every time I reach out with a problem, it doesn't matter if its a huge or minor issue. She is quick with her response and makes sure I understand the answer and exactly how to enter the information in our system. She ensures I don't spend my time worrying about the taxes and accounting side of the business, she allows me the time to do what I do best. Calling her for help was the best thing I could have done.

I can not recommend Susan enough. I always feel at a loss when it comes to accounting and bookkeeping, but our company trusts Susan to handle all this for us. Her knowledge of Quickbooks is unmatched and her customer service is spectacular. If you are looking for a one stop shop for your accounting needs, she exceeds industry standards!!
