The lady answers and says nothing but hangs up the phone. When I call back I ask her if this is a business and she sounds like she’s just getting out of bed! Then says she’s not taking new clients. So why are you in business again? And Google needs to shut down there ads because they are not helping the community by false advertising!

K&M Accounting - another year in the books with them!!! This is now our third year using K&M and there is a reason why - they are AWESOME!!! Taxes are one of those things where you can go to a lot of places to get them done, but not all places are created equal. K&M is very good at what they do and take the worry and stress out of your taxes. If you need to get your taxes done and looking for a reliable, responsive, knowledgeable partner to do them - come talk to these folks. They will take care of you! 2020 Taxes are done!!! 5th year using K&M and like previous years - they take all the stress and anxiety out of your taxes. Super reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and just a good partner to have on your side. With Covid, I especially liked the new portal they implemented this year/last year to help with document sharing as face-to-face meetings are not being held...but would still advise doing a phone call with them to review pre-work before they begin your taxes. Portal is very easy to use, navigate, and super convenient...hoping they continue using even post-Covid. Thanks for taking care of me and my family again K&M!!!!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to work w/ accommodating you in every step of the way. I have been w/ them 2 years and they are the best accountant in the Charlotte area. Give them a try for your 2019 taxes and you wont regret it!

Im new to the area . I will be needing a tax guy. But Its tax season. I needed 10 mins to ask a question. They are not answering questions till after April 15. Guess they dont need any new business till after April. It wont be mine

I will be using K&M Accounting every year and I HIGHLY recommend. My past experiences with accountants doing my tax returns were confusing, but K&M was extremely communicative and attentive throughout the process (even in these hard times when we are all working from home).
