Jon and Nick do a great job of managing my chaos. They are also very informative. As the years go by, they've really helped me to make sense of all the legal and tax related issues I need to be aware of, so I can steer my company in the direction I want it to go. The rest of the team is also very professional: my invoices are on time and accurate, responses to questions are always timely. This group has gone above and beyond for me, not just in the beginning of our relationship, but for years. They make the last two firms I've worked with look like absolute jokers.

Poor customer service! They completed my tax return for one year (personal and business); however, it was a lot of work on my part. Then, my contact left the company. 2018, the new person Peter as well as the owner Jon provided horrible customer service. It took Peter weeks to return my call and as of today, Jon Devine has yet to return my call. I believe they can change, but, how do I continue a business relationship with people that will not return my call? I wish them well.

I've been using them since I opened my business 5 years ago, and am extremely happy with their service. I meet twice a year with the owner to go over things, and make sure we are on track. Always super quick to reply to emails and answer any of my questions.
