He helped me find the correct website to look up information I needed to prove a debt had been settled and I am thankful for that. I was nervous to call after seeing bad reviews but it was actually very helpful.

Horrible staff. They have threatened me with garnishment on multiple occasions even though I am paying. These people should be put out of business for these tactics

BUSINESSES STEER CLEAR!!! Can I give no stars? This company is a joke. I urge ANY companies looking to do business with an account recovery agency to steer clear of this company. When calling about collection accounts, the staff here do nothing but pop off smart remarks. I called today to get resolution on an account and was honestly taken aback at how rude and non-cooperative this staff member was. I have never felt so personally affronted in my LIFE. I was calm and polite for the entire duration of this call and the man I was speaking with, actually purposely hung up on me without any notice! ANY intents I had about making a payment plan for ANYTHING I owe, went out the window today. I don't even want to call back after that rude display. So again.. BUSINESSES STEER CLEAR of this "business". I informed all the businesses I know personally, that use this agency and at least one has already informed me they will not be using them anymore. I hope sincerely that my review will help to take this backwards and offensive agency down a peg. Maybe they will review the conduct of their employees!

I hope i never have to do buisness with them again. We got a ridiculous charge from Sanford - Error on their part that they NEVER billed our medicaid, we are now paying for it. Called AR Audit back in SEPT/OCTOBER told them we would bay when we got our taxes, in March probably the 15th or earlier. Was told okay. NOW they sent me a summons. Jokes on them i'll let it go forever. They gonna take money from my paycheck. I dont get one. Now you can kiss my @$$.
