This place might be a go-to if you have some very simple taxes. However, if you own a business, run. Here's my experience. Hire this place too. Take care of my bookkeeping and that was not done. 3 months later I receive an invoice again and my bookkeeping is still not done. However, I was instructed via email how to do it myself. I didn't hire them so I could do it myself. So I paid the invoice and expected to get what I was paying for yet again. 3 months later, mind you now taxes are behind, I was still being told how to do it myself. Again, I didn't hire them so I could do it myself. Then. Apparently things got too complicated with my very simple user. Friendly QuickBooks and whoever was in charge over there just quit on me. After I've paid over $1,000. So of all the money I sent them, what I have gotten is absolutely nothing. Less than nothing actually because I'm still in the same boat just 6 months later. And if anybody would like more details, by all means, please contact me through my Google link. And if the owner of this company would like to change this review, get my taxes done like I paid you for. Update: as I put in the original review, this place quit on me after taking my money with a job incomplete. Yet immediately after this review gets posted I receive an email saying they will complete the job, but of course only if they absorb even more of my time getting me to do even more leg work for them. Completely defeating the entire purpose of hiring somebody. I obviously didn't entertain the idea much, but I'm sure even at receiving this additional courtesy. That's what you want to call it, it would probably still cost me more money. So reading between the lines, running a good business that provides a valuable services. Not priority here. Avoiding bad reviews is what's important to them. If you care about your own business, make sure your service providers share the same mindset.
