I am terribly disappointed with the accounting services provided by Partick. The experience was riddled with incompetence, unprofessionalisn and frustration from start to finish. Firstly, his communication was abysmal. It was like pulling teeth to get any sort of response. Despite promising to get back to me within a reasonable timeframe, he consistently failed to do so. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and when we finally did manage to get through, we were met with vague responses, excuses and empty promises. Even when he did manage to communicate, it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. Mistakes were made left and right, with no sense of accountability. It was as if he was completely unaware of the impact his errors were having on our finances. And let's not forget the endless excuses and lies. Every time we brought up an issue, he was quick to pass the blame onto someone or something else. It was never his fault - it was the software, his personal life, it was anything but his own incompetence. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Patrick for your accounting needs. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually knows what they're doing and cares about their clients.

Buyer beware!! This self proclaimed tax wizard completely messed up our simple tax returns, costing us over $8000. After promising to refund the fee he charged, he completely ghosted me. I’ve never had such a bad experience from a service provider.
