STRONGLY advise getting a second opinion on any advice he gives you. He is not transparent and withholds critical information that hurts the client. He misrepresents himself as being part of Hefren Tillotson. He has been reported to FINRA, SEC and state/federal agencies for misrepresentation and advice that hurts the client but helps him.
