This would be a big NO! Owner seems to very competent, however, the basics of running a business is strongly lacking. Their hours are actually Mon-Thur, 9-3pm EST despite what is posted everywhere else!!!!!???? Absolutely no attention to details especially when closing on a Thursday. They definitely left me hanging until the following Monday which I found to be insincere since my request of service was at noon. Not sure what multi services are being upheld when they can’t follow basic instructions on one thing when a customer is depending on them to follow through and take responsibility. When calling my issue to attention, I was met with a short insincere comment. It wasn’t until they recognized that I cc’d another party that their responses became professional and empathetic. I believe this a situation where i just happened to have caught this business sleep at the wheel and that leaving early is common. I will also say she did apologize but when it came to the final execution… it still took 3-4 hrs to complete.
