Trying to get my money back from the almost $2,000 in penalties I incurred when they ghosted me during tax season and filed an extension without my permission! Wish me luck, gonna need it.

Wouldn’t even give a one star if possible. Won’t answer phone calls or return them. STILL haven’t received our ‘22 taxes. Will NOT be a returning customer. Spare yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Last year they were 5* but then Steve Miller retired. Now they won't answer phone or return calls. Would go to HR Block but Webster Rogers has all our paperwork.
