I dropped off my business tax docs with this office early in the year and was told they were backed up but would file an extension and contact me soon. 2 months later I still hadn’t heard back and called. They assured me I’d be contacted soon. After no word from them I picked up my file and took to another accountant. I asked for proof they filed an extension and the lady told me it was just something they just did online and had nothing to give me for proof. I was later fined from the IRS for not filing an extension! When I shared this info with the friend that referred us to this office she said the same happened to her this year.
