In the process of switching CPA firms and I've been trying for a month to get someone at this firm to remove themselves as Master Admin to my accounting software. It's now 2 days to the new year and still the change has not been made. Highly unprofessional! Next step, legal action!

Amazing care and attention has been given to me and my accounts over the past 10 years. Professional, knowledgable and caring organization, willing and eager to answer whatever questions one has. They truly care about their clients and are vested in each one's success. Highly recommend!
