I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Shelton Mead and Shelton. Their policy of charging $25 just to view my tax return is unreasonable, especially considering I never received a digital copy in the first place. Additionally, the mismanagement of staff is evident, as they have recently let go of long-time accountants who provided valuable service to loyal customers like myself. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of regard for customer relationships and quality service. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

My accountant at this firm is David Eversole, and he is the best! He keeps me on track, and as an added bonus, is very good with Excel spreadsheets! He helps me with all of my business expenses and keeps me coloring "in the lines" as per government requirements. I also have sent several of my clients to David. Great job, David!

I began working with Shelton Mead and Shelton back in 2013 and Mikel was so kind as to help me sign up for my LLC more than 10 years ago. He, Cindy, and the entire staff are very detailed and organized, going above and beyond to make sure that deadlines are met... and they're polite and professional in the process. They always have their finger on the pulse of new developments in the tax world and I know my returns will be completed with the highest level of expertise and my best interest in mind. I can confidently recommend their services to anyone.

I had the experience to work with Greg this year on my taxes for my business. He was so nice to deal with! He always responded to any questions I had very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone I know. I will be using him again as well. It was a breath of fresh air knowing he would take care of everything and let me know what is going on at all times.

WARNING !!!! Do not trust your taxes with this firm! After years of great service from the previous owners we were severely let down by the new team. We trusted them with our taxes, we disapproved of their results and they sent them to the Irs without our permission. I will never trust them again.
