My books were a wreck. Last bookkeeper was not a bookkeeper after all. Fran and her staff are amazing. My books are clean and orderly. Financials are correct. She even went back several years to make sure all was as it was supposed to be. Whenever I have a request, it is handled immediately. You could not ask for a more responsive team. One of the things that I have really come to enjoy is how My Staff Your Staff automates many procedures in accounting making our jobs here much easier and quicker. Things that used to take us 30 mins are now down in under 1 minute. Super time saving allowing us to do what we are best at - running a business.

I have been in some binds in the past and resent, never have I had a support staff been so efficient. We have been using My Staff for years and would recommend to anyone needing accounting/taxes/QB support, etc. Thanks to Niki, Fran, Joy, Lariena, and Candice. Awesome ladies!

I have known Fran for several years. She is a member of my professional networking group. She has given numerous presentations to our members on the importance of knowing your numbers and how those numbers impact the business. Fran is passionate about what she does and is always working to be on the leading edge of services to provide to clients. I would highly recommend Fran and her company to any business.
