I had financial difficulty and I called the Weatherford location and explained what was going on and she told me I had a product that I owed for and told me to bring it back In the mean time sold the product and turned me in to a collection agency I called if I pay this off do I get the product back I was told NO. I have called the main office several times but NO response…

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I BORROWED MONEY FROM THEM BECAUSE I AM GOING THROUGH A VERY BAD MONEY HARDSHIP AT THE MOMENT. I REACHED OUT TO THEM TO TRY TO EXPLAIN THAT TO THEM. IM A SINGLE DISABLED MOM TRYING TO RAISE A CHILD WHO IS ALSO DISABLED. IM ALSO DISABLED. IM TRYING TO GET MY DAUGHTER AND I MOVED TO SOMEWHERE SAFE. I ASKED FOR THEM TO WORK WITH ME AND ALLOW ME TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO MOVE TOO AND TO NOT HIT MY CREDIT SCORE, AND THEY HAVE HIT IT 3XS ALREADY. THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. YES.. YOU DID HAVE A CHOICE. YOU CHOSE TO HIT ME 3XS ON MY CREDIT SCORE AND IM TRYING TO MOVE. I HAVE LOANS WITH 2 OTHER LOAN COMPANIES AND THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME WITHOUT HITTING MY CREDIT REPORT. WESTERN FINANCE ONLY WANTS TO GET PAID. THEY DONT WANT TO SHOW COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE STRUGGLING. I DIDNT TAKE OUT THE LOAN TO IMPROVE MY CREDIT. I DID IT BECAUSE I NEEDED HELP. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THAT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR HELP.

The last 5 yrs the cleveland tx location was on point never had a problem. But now they got rid of all the employees there and brought on new ones and the new ones are worthless don't listen don't input anything in the computer like what has been discussed calling all the time for the exact same conversation we had the day before and then says it's been a busy day ok but I was in front of you yesterday why didn't you input the information yesterday.. kinda says they are incompetent. I wish I could just throw my hands in the air and be done with this location
