The people at SETE are so helpful. Through their systems, they are able to take care of me electronically, which is the most convenient way for me, and still give me the personal service I want. I was a little nervous coming into my first ever quarterly review for my new business. I made sure I kept track of all expenses and used my business credit card software to make things easy. This company has horrible customer service. After taking over COS accounting who got in trouble for 11 Million in tax fraud, they are impossible to get in touch with. After finally getting an email response they threaten to send me to collections when I ask why I am having specific charges. Sketchy business would recommend looking at other places. Taneisha who was the only one to give a good review, was also the one I was emailing.
