It is apparent that Ralph is passionate both about accounting and making life better for his clients and others. He is a one of a kind CPA and a truly fantastic blend of old & new school. His interactions are always genuine, non-rushed and thoughtful. He is dependable and exudes quiet confidence, wisdom and integrity. His billing is straight forward and more than fair. His office is anything but fancy and I wouldn’t say that he is a big tech guy. That said, he always seems to stay just technologically advanced enough to be efficient and keep meeting the needs of clients who do rely on the latest technology. Ralph is also super smart, an outside-of-the-box thinker/problem-solver and clearly stays on top of the ever changing laws, policies and trends. Kalpana, his assistant, is also smart, stays on top of things and is a bit of a techie. Ralph is the best. If you had a problem with him it is probably because of you. He is very honest. I seeing him drop potential customers because they expected him to do something imoral or illegal or the client was too lazy to bring all the information Ralph requested to do his job properly.

I approached Ralph for business and personal taxes. He initially gave really poor advice and does not return calls. After waiting a week I called several times where he finally said he was "too busy" After the week of and believing my taxes were late based on his advice I have gone else-wear and I would suggest others do the same.
