Nesha has been rocking with us for over 10 years through all our life changes. We are a military family that has been stationed all over the country and world and no matter our situation for that year she always make good on our tax needs. We have been with her through new additions to the family, managing and selling rental property, purchase of new home and a military retirement. Nesha prepared my 2021 taxes and left out the sale of my home, 401k withdrawal and over $24,000 in home repairs. When I finally got a hold of someone at the office they put me on hold and said "I see you had a loss with the sale of the home and repairs but don't know why they were not included" BUT what irritated my soul is that she said Nesha was too busy and couldn't amend my taxes until the season is over smh. I explained to them IRS sent me a letter and I had to reply by April 5th but she said they were too busy. I would not recommended them to anyone! Update: Mrs. Lopez reached out to me and apologized for the way the front staff handled my situation and the poor communication with her. Apparently, she was never informed about my situation and the deadline the IRS gave me. She was very courteous, offered me a tax credit in case I want to file my taxes with her next year and sent me a partial refund of $100.00. I am glad my review caught her attention and wish the business many prosperous years.

I've been with Lifetime 360 professionals for several years and have had nothing but good results. Nesha has been instrumental with not only my taxes but for advise on 401k's, retirement, investments, contractors, prep talks I mean the list goes on. Nesha is an all around good person.
