Dont even worth one star, I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the disrespectful behavior displayed by my CPA. Not only did he fail to acknowledge his mistake, but he also resorted to yelling at me, showing a clear lack of professionalism. It is disheartening to see that he does not treat women and men equally, as evidenced by his behavior towards me. This experience has left me feeling upset and frustrated. I strongly advise others to thoroughly check the reputation and behavior of their CPA before choosing one, as it is crucial to work with someone who treats all clients with respect and professionalism. It is important for professionals to own up to their mistakes and handle them in a mature and responsible manner. Unfortunately, my CPA failed to meet these basic expectations, leading me to seek a more reliable and respectful service provider.

It is unacceptable that he resorted to yelling at my family members it was very clear that he disrespect women, especially considering that it was his mistake for not submitting the missing papers. Instead of taking responsibility for his error, he should have acted professionally and rectified the situation. As a result of his unprofessionalism, we have decided to terminate our business relationship with him. Furthermore, I will make it a point to share this negative experience with our community, urging them to avoid being treated poorly or having a similar negative encounter. It is crucial for professionals to own up to their mistakes and treat their clients with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, our CPA failed to meet these basic expectations, leading to our decision to find a more reliable and respectful service provider.

Their incompetence and lack of attention to detail have caused me significant stress, financial penalties, and a complete loss of trust in their abilities. From the very beginning, it was clear that communication was not their strong suit. It was a constant struggle to get a hold of them, and when I did manage to reach out, their responses were slow and often unhelpful. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the progress of my tax return. To make matters worse, their lack of attention to detail was shocking. I discovered numerous errors in my financial statements and tax filings that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of competence. These mistakes not only cost me valuable time and effort to rectify, but they also resulted in hefty financial penalties that I had to bear. What truly astounded me was their apparent lack of knowledge and expertise in their field. It became evident that they were not up to date with the latest tax laws and regulations, as they provided me with incorrect and outdated information. This lack of knowledge led to further complications and confusion, leaving me to question their qualifications as a professional accountant. Furthermore, their overall professionalism was severely lacking. They seemed disorganized and unprepared, which only added to my frustration and disappointment. It is unacceptable for a professional accountant to exhibit such a lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' financial well-being. In conclusion, my experience with Ayra was nothing short of a disaster. Their poor communication skills, lack of attention to detail, inadequate knowledge, and unprofessionalism have left me with a significant amount of stress, financial penalties, and a complete loss of trust in their abilities. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and find a more competent and reliable accountant who can handle their financial matters with the professionalism and expertise they deserve.

Not a good experience. I tried to work with Nuriden of Ayra and I found him extremely unresponsive to phone calls and emails for over a week, he just wouldn't respond. After I finally got a hold of him and set a meeting he cancelled it 7 minutes prior to the meeting after I had already driven 30 minutes to his office (though he did say it was due to possible COVID exposure, so perhaps we can ignore this). Set up a Zoom meeting for the following week and he never showed up, emailing me 5 minutes after the start time asking me to wait another 5 minutes and yet still not actually joining the meeting (I waited over 35 minutes) nor following up with an email. I guess I'm glad I had this experience before paying him because now I know what I would have been dealing with.
