I have called them at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks during business hours. I have left multiple voicemails to the receptionist and have not heard back. If they can’t even answer their phones I can’t even imagine how bad their customer service is. Taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to find a CPA with great reviews after a couple of bad experiences. When problems from a previous year's return started affecting this year's return, Tariq and Olivia spent a tremendous amount of time helping me clear up the issue. It was quite a relief to get that piece of mind!

I tried calling them to book an appointment. They asked a few questions and then literally hung up on me mid-sentence. I then tried to call back twice and didnt get an answer. Alot of the Yelp reviews say this same thing happens to them. It sounds like theyre not interested in new clients.

Tariq Majeed was able to take a call on a Friday afternoon, quickly assess my time sensitive issue, and give me a clear path forward (also giving me peace of mind for the rest of the weekend).
