We started speaking with EDGe in mid-January. My company was looking for help with our growing financials and EDGe *seemed* like the complete package. Paula sat down and spoke with us in person at the store for almost 2 hours on Jan 15th, which was followed up by a video meeting and proposal a couple weeks later (1/28). This was a huge business decision for us and we took the time to review options before agreeing to the proposal on 2/11. EDGe accepted us as a client and we began planning our first meeting for the first week of March. This morning (2/28), we receive a vague email stating that “just kidding!” We are not able to take you on as a client. I do not want any other small businesses to waste their time with EDGe. I am baffled by the blatant unprofessionalism. If you value your time, please look elsewhere and reach out if you’d like more information on our experience with EDGe.
