These people are completely inexperienced in any taxes past your regular filing. An old family friend is going through major problems now because these people didn't know how to properly file her taxes. As a consumer, PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, so you don't get screwed over. To the business, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER AND STUDY THE LAWS!!!! It is better to be honest and tell your clients you don't know what you're doing than to completely screw them over and cause problems with the IRS.

The radio makes this company sound like your savior, but they’re not they connect you to a shady company like finish line tax solutions who lie and take your money and do nothing to help you regarding your tax problems run far away from both optima and finish line tax solutions.

Honestly the radio makes it sound like your savior, but it’s Super expensive, and when your done you might end up paying the same amount as you started with, the investigation of your taxes alone is about 5 grand, that’s before you even start paying your taxes back, customer service is ok, but not overly comforting to where you feel relaxed, maybe this is built for people with a lot more back taxes then me, do your research, before signing up, the other 5 star reviews don’t say much so I’m assuming those are from employees.
