I was helped by Nadia and to say that she did great would be an understatement. She is the best in the world. There should be a 6 star review option for her because she is above and beyond 5 star quality. I will always trust Taxes Y Mas with my tax needs as long as people like Nadia are there to help. I had two returns to file but good thing I only did one with these guys. Been a customer for years but year by year the service decreases and price increases, my return was delayed due to their mistake and it took more than 3 calls for them to get it right. Awesome service from Alondra but I will not be returning due to incompetence. There should be no room for error in this business. A 25$ credit towards my next service was a slap in the face. Own up to your mistakes and issue full refunds next time.
