The elderly they have running the place haven't a clue as to how to give any tax advice in any way and qualifying is meaningless 2 years in a row H&R Block has failed me after countless years with no problem maybe the internet allegations are true best to look for tax help elsewhere. I met all the requirements they have posted online and even called to double check and was still denied.

If you're looking for tax help from professionals, skip the HR Blocks in Spokane, WA. Not only were we given bad advice from one of their tax "professionals," leading to us owing additional tax to the IRS, there's nothing they will/can do to make it right. So much for their 100% guarantee. I'm 100% sure I will never trust this company with my money again.
