My mother filed her taxes in March with Mr Kirkpatrick and to date she has not received her refund. No way to reach anyone at this place! Very unprofessional.

I've been getting my taxes done here for the better part of a decade. Terry has always done a good job, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get them done. Very professional, very friendly service.

OK for almost 5 years. Filed extension for me this year called in June, and July got telephone response 2 weeks ago, unable to reach since. Unable to retrieve extension or to file return, now needed to get assistance for life-threatening illness.
