I'm a CPA, performance coach and trusted advisor to small business owners and leaders. My clients hire me to create custom solutions to help them succeed in their businesses and in their lives. These solutions include performance coaching on mindset and setting and achieving goals/initiatives, crafting and executing company strategy, having a CFO presence on their leadership team, guiding them through tax planning and compliance all the way down to bookkeeping services. Hiring me isn't like any other CPA experience you've ever had. I help business owners take the worry out of running their companies and replace it with wealth, abundance and joy.

My first impression of Phil was Wow!!! He is all about my business and my person. He was completed removed from the equation and I have learned he is nothing but love and service for anybody he has been in contact with my business. His knowledge and expertise are amazing and his love to work with people shows. He's the real deal and anybody at an individual or executive level will be blessed to work with him.

Philip is a very talented individual. On top of being technically brilliant in finance and accounting, he also has the ability draw out the best in someone. I have experienced this personally while I was going through his coaching sessions.
