They don't even deserve 1 star! Please do yourself a huge favor and find someone else. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I stepped foot in their office. Mark seemed friendly and disarming during our initial meeting but unfortunate for us, he set us up to work with Aubrey who in our opinion is not qualified to do what she is doing. If they were true professionals and understood their business, we would not be in the predicament we are in. I understand accidents happen but the lack of urgency to rectify our situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. They filed our returns on another business EIN and couldn't figure out why the IRS and Dept of Revenue were after us for payments and my returns. We figured it out, not them. Now months later, I am still fighting getting it corrected and the money directed to the correct EIN number. They are clueless professionals and it is extremely disappointing they did not offer an apology, not one follow-up phone call. They dumped their problem on us and have yet to hear from them and they keep sending us bills.

it is 2024. I still do not have my 2022 business or personal taxes complete. I have Q4 financials "almost" completed. They haven't responded to our emails, phone calls, messages since June. Now I found out our 2021 personal taxes were never filed? Now it is time to file legal complaints. They are so negligent that I cannot believe they are still licensed. Adam Tolman was our accountant. We reached out to the owners, they never had the courtesy of coming to the phone.

Worst accounting firm and owner EVER! No communication, filed late and was told that since they owed me money It was ok to file late. (Mark Weech had all my paperwork neatly boxed and filed in order eight weeks before April 15th) Then I was fined and asked to pay $3600.00. Contacted Mark Weech, and very little was done, and again no communication. No concern, no communication, and no feelings at ALL!!! They lost an entire box of files that I had given them, then later said they had found it. I can't believe this place is even still in business. I can't state this enough. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME HERE. THEY ARE UNCARING, UNCOMMINICATIVE, AND JUST PLAIN AWFUL! I paid over $1300.00 for basically nothing!!! I ended up paying the IRS $1800.00 +

Terrible communication. We’ve used them for 3 years and each year the same filing fee gets more expensive but getting them to actually file our taxes becomes harder and harder. I don’t recommend using them at all.

Your knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are unmatched when combined with your honesty and customer service. I also want to commend your team who always treat us with the utmost respect and give quick responses, no matter how small the request. I am appreciative of each excellent encounter. Spoke to Mark Weech on a recommendation from someone on Facebook. We talked about what I was looking for, and he asked for me to send him my previous tax return. I sent him the return and he got back to me right away with some clarifying questions he needed in order to a tax estimate for the year, so we could plan accordingly. I sent him the information requested that night, and even thanked him for his prompt attention. However, this is where it went south. Two weeks go by and I didn't hear anything so I followed up with Mark via email. Still, I get no response. I moved on to another business to take care of my taxes. Fast forward 6 months, and I get a random bill for $190. I sent a copy of the bill to mark, assuming it was a mistake, and surprise I get no response. Another 30 days later, I get a past due notice. I refuse to pay someone for services NOT rendered. I would not recommend doing business with Weech Financial.

Not impressed. Went to them for our annual taxes, which they did fine (that we know of) and in a timely manner. However, when sending confidential information they put the wrong email address for my husband. When we realized it and notified them, they acted like it was no big deal and had no remorse. Also, I provided them our paperwork in a Manila envelope. When I came to pick up my papers, they were just sitting behind the front desk with no envelope. Yet again, a careless act and they obviously don’t take confidentiality very seriously.
