I have been waiting on documents from this company for over a year, they don’t call or email you back. Terrible communication.

This a fraudulent business. This man was referred to us by a mutual friend however we learned the hard way he is not well versed in business management or tax preparation. Highly recommend you steer clear. I will send an update regarding my complaint with the IRS.

Title: Exceptional Service and Expertise at Acuracounts Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) I recently had the pleasure of working with Acuracounts for both my tax filing and the creation of a family trust, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, Acuracounts demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. When it came to filing my taxes, Acuracounts proved to be a reliable and efficient partner. They navigated through the complex tax regulations with ease, ensuring that every detail was accurately accounted for. The team at Acuracounts demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the ever-changing tax landscape, and their meticulous approach left no room for errors or oversights. Thanks to their expertise, I felt confident that my taxes were filed correctly and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Equally impressive was their assistance in creating a family trust. Acuracounts exhibited a deep understanding of estate planning and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. They patiently walked me through every step, explaining complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. They listened attentively to my concerns and tailored the trust to meet the unique needs of my family. The thoroughness and attention to detail reflected their commitment to ensuring the long-term security and protection of my loved ones. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the exceptional customer service I received from Saliyah Money and Michael Carney at Acuracounts. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. Saliyah's attentive and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she was always available to answer my questions promptly. Michael's expertise in tax planning and trust creation was evident, and he patiently addressed all my concerns, ensuring that I felt confident in the decisions we made. Overall, my experience with Acuracounts was exceptional. Their expertise in tax filing and estate planning, coupled with their stellar customer service, truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Acuracounts to anyone seeking professional and reliable accounting services.
